Among the 25 species of dendrobid petrels called Zephyrus, red mosquitoes inhabit Munakata city. May 2015 It was found at the forest edge of a forest of a mixed type of Kinara of this species. In Munakata-shi, it is a discovery for 32 years (in June 1983, there is a collection record of red snapper at the foot of Shiroyama). This discovery site is now the only habitat in Munakata city. There are no records in the islands of Munakata-shi in the past, so it is thought that they are not currently living.
