1983 Munakata Municipal Cultural Property Survey Report 13th Collection / "Ookocho Machiya I"
Ookocho chochimachi ruins (Okobu Michi Kichijuki) is an ancient tomb located on a hill of about 60 to 70 meters in height from Isobeama. In 1973, we investigated five circular mounds along with construction work. A grave structure has been found that is often found in the Munakata area where the cemetery stone is almost buried in the ground, with a deep tomb (a hole dug down the ground to build a rock, a stone room).
